Bowling crazy!


Then some of us went to play pool.

This past weekend, I went out with some coworkers for a night of bowling and pool. It took me so long to get to bowling (missing a bus, missing a stop, being at the wrong stop, etc) that I didn't get to bowl much. A few people let me take a frame here and there. By the time I got there, they were in the second game, where everyone was bowling backwards, bouncing off the bumper rails. I go up to the line, turn around, and bounce the ball hard against the rail. Bounce, Bounce, Bounce, STRIKE! Everyone, myself included, was a little amazed by that action. I got up again a bit later. Bounce, Bounce, Bounce, STRIKE! I'm better bowling backwards than I am bowling normally!

I can't remember how pool went just because we often switched partners and whatnot, but it was crazy fun. And that once, I sunk the 8-ball too early.
